If PROcourier Limited takes any Credit or Debit Card number over the telephone, it will not be retained in our records.

Email addresses and telephones number are used to send you confirmation that we have received or confirmed your order / payment for a courier or to advise you about progress during the delivery.

PROcourier Limited may occasionally email customers with marketing information or offers. If you do not want to have marketing information sent to you, please click this link sales@PROcourier.co.uk and head it ‘No Marketing’ and we will NOT send you any marketing information.

Your telephone number is also required to allow us to contact you quickly should there be a difficulty processing your credit card or order but will not be used for marketing purposes.

Delivery Policy

Our Couriers will deliver within the agreed time scale that we agree with you.

Our Couriers will use the most cost effective routing to reduce their Carbon Footprint on your behalf.

PROcourier will contact you should there be a possibility that the delivery will be late to discuss alternative arrangements.

Refund Policy

If a PROcourier Courier totally fails to deliver we will return your goods to you and refund any money that has been paid. If the goods are damaged, the Courier will compensate you (subject to the maximum Goods in Transit Insurance Cover of the individual Courier - all carry a minimum of £10,000 cover)
